Starbucks is implementing a loyalty program with digital roots.
The giant of takeaway coffee has in fact decided to say goodbye to cards and confirmations through telephone numbers and to establish its loyalty program within an app.
Collect and redeem your points all within the app, but that's not all: you can also order and pay through the Mobile & Pay program and collect your order directly in the store.
The app is only a part of the digital transformation program which is based on four pillars: rewards, personalization, payment and order.

Starbucks uses learning technology to build a complex system capable of making decisions in complex and unpredictable environments based on external feedback to provide a more personalized experience for customers using the Starbucks mobile app.
