Consumers in the clothing sector are increasingly moving towards E-commerce and away from in-store shopping. How important are the consumer's reviews before and after clothing item purchase? According to
Bazaarvoice research, it is very significant: in the pre-purchase phase,
60% of consumers read reviews left by other shoppers, and often so from their smartphones (40%).
Similarly, in the post-purchase phase, consumers like to leave reviews on their favorite brands and on their shopping experience: information that is useful to anyone who is considering the purchase of the same product. Traditional shopping, E-commerce, and mobile use are therefore closely related.
