Arval Italia, a multinational company of the BNP Paribas group specialized in long-term car rentals, has launched its new network dedicated to “premium” mobility services. Among the more than 10,000 repair shops affiliated with the company, 750 “first class” ones have been selected for assistance, delivery and maintenance of the vehicles. After a meticulous preparation process, the first 150 Arval Premium Centers (multi-service facilities of excellence) and 600 Arval Centers (specialists in individual services) were presented.
Grottini Retail Environment, chosen as a partner for the new development, first carried out an analysis and did redesign work, creating the new image of the Arval Premium Centers. Thanks to the creative contribution of the designer Alessandro Luciani, a concept has been developed that can be adapted to the various selected workshops, redefining them under a single Arval style.
The development and realization of all the components of the new project, subsequently carried out, has provided environments and furniture designed and created exclusively for Arval, designed to offer the customer the best possible welcome and experience.
