In Grottini we’ve chosen that path long time ago, a path that leads to the reuse of package and delivery materials, and the recovery of wooden waste materials to produce heat during Winter and fresh air in the Summer.

Our quality control department is involved both in raw materials, components and completed fixture structure. When a new product is introduced via prototype production, quality tests are performed on both individual products and throughout all production phases. Quality testing is done both internally or in external specialized laboratories. Over time, we have consolidated our supplier network to the best quality, most reliable and cost-effective partners.
In accordance with Act 81 (2008), our company has identified a Director of Safety Procedures with direct oversight of the Security Department and who is also responsible for any security deficiencies and corrective actions. Our organization is in 100% compliance with Italian law and European standards of security. It is our philosophy and interest to protect our staff and provide a safe workplace using all technologies and procedures available.
The Grottini Srl company is an international organization that operates in a variety of institutional, economic, political, social and cultural contexts in continuous and rapid evolution. Due to the complexity of the situations in which Grottini srl operates, it is important to clearly define the set of values that Grottini Srl recognizes, accepts and shares and the set of responsibilities that Grottini Srl assumes internally and towards the external. For this reason, this “Code of Ethics” or “Code” has been prepared, which contains a set of principles and rules of fundamental importance for the proper functioning, reliability and reputation of Grottini Srl. The Code of Ethics is the fundamental charter of moral rights and duties and summarizes the principles of conduct that the Recipients (Directors, Directors, Employees, Collaborators, Suppliers and Customers) of Grottini Srl must respect in conducting business activities, while performing their work and, in general, in internal and external relations with the company itself. The aim of this document is to define an “ethical model” that strongly recalls the principles of transparency, truthfulness of information and working relationships. The Code of Ethics aims to imprint the operations, behavior and way of working both inside and outside the company with correctness, fairness, integrity, loyalty and professional rigor, placing at the center of attention compliance with the laws and regulations of the countries in which Grottini Srl operates, as well as compliance with company procedures.
Respect for the inviolable rights of man is essential. For this reason Grottini Srl promotes and defends these rights in all circumstances and rejects any discrimination based on sex, ethnicity, language, religious and political beliefs, and social and personal conditions, as explained in the Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Policy approved by the Board of Directors of Grottini Srl on 2/3/2022.
