CHALLENGE

We had to uniform a series of Arval centers across Italy in order to offer the same experience to their customers, everywhere in the country.

SOLUTION

The solution we put in place was to create very distinctive modules that could give a proper characterization to the different places, all while guiding the client through a unique experience.

We will continue the branding activity of our preferential network auto repair shops, so that everyone sports the Arval colors and logo as local ambassadors of our products, services, and values. This important project has found in Grottini a reliable and flexible partner, able to interpret quality also in terms of user experience that we are committed to guaranteeing to our customers every day.

PRESENCE AND SERVICE

There are over 1,600 mobility centers located throughout the Italian territory that are able to guarantee not only the highest standards of assistance, maintenance, and car care, but are also able to make the main Arval services available to their customers, primarily the long-term rental.

A RECOGNIZABLE IDENTITY

Grottini, after the careful analysis and creative contribution of Alessandro Luciani Designer, developed a concept that was able to adapt to realities located throughout the country. Each center is different but, at the same time, the Arval identity is equally strong and recognizable.
